The Nursing Department at Roxbury Community College identified the need for support programming designed to improve student outcomes for those identified as at-risk prior to entering the program. The corequisite curriculum addresses skills deficits in key areas that often impede success. Through intensive remediation, the corequisite provides at-risk students with an opportunity to improve their outcome in the nursing program.
