The Physical Therapist Assistant, Respiratory Care, and Associate Degree Nursing program faculty will discuss the challenges and rewards of working together to develop a simulation scenario that would introduce the student to health care careers.  The faculty will describe the process that was undertaken to develop a one-day workshop for entering college students interested in STEM careers, and will discuss future plans to incorporate interdisciplinary activities into the Health Career programs at BCC.
