Prof. D'Alotto holds an M.A. in English and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She has experience teaching at a variety of two- and four-year institutions, both public and private. Along with experience in both Technology and Assessment, Brenda has expertise that bridges the gap between developmental and college level English. An early adopter of technology in high school education, Brenda has also taught college courses on multiple platforms, including Blackboard, Moodle, and Canvas. Her current interests include Online Learning and teaching digital literacy and responsibility in theme-based Accelerated (Co-Req) College Composition.  She is currently Assistant Proffessor of English at Massasoit Community College, Chair of the Academic Technology Committee, and Lead Instructor for Training Institutes.
